Nosco is an innovation consultancy and SaaS business that helps large organisations become more innovative through open & collaborative models of innovation. Nosco provides an innovation management tool allowing effortless collection, maturation and incubation of ideas from both in- and outside of the organisation as well as supporting consultancy services. Together with AM Copenhagen, Nosco went through a rebrand, resulting in a completely new online presence.
Based on our analysis of the website, as well as interviews with Nosco’s consultants, sales team and selected clients, we came to the conclusion that the current website wasn’t accurately reflecting Nosco’s full offering. Visitors weren’t aware that besides the SaaS platform, Nosco is also offering multiple consultancy services, which are an important source of income.
Nosco’s important USP is a personal, approachable and fun way of working together with our clients. The website needed to reflect this but should also position Nosco as serious professionals and experts in innovation. After all, our clients are mostly corporations.
One of the key elements was to use illustrations and animations that website visitors can interact with as well as bold typography. However, it was crucial to not go overboard and strike a balance between playfulness and professionalism.
One of the main objectives of the website is to convert visitors into leads. We knew that once we got in contact with a potential client we had good chances of making a deal. It was therefore important to make it as easy and intuitive as possible to book a meeting with our sales team. Additionally we create landing pages paired with targeted ads for each customer segment and target group.
